Hi - the NR5101 is currently using modem module firmware
RG502QEAAAR11A03M4G which is now some what out of date. The latest
firmware for the RG502Q-EA is RG502QEAAAR13A02M4G (as used in the NR7101). Can you provide the latest modem module firmware for the NR5101 please?

I wont update the module FW unless there is a trouble.

Where did you purchase NR5101?

If you purchase from ISP, then you should ask ISP for the FW upgrade.

If you purchase from normal channel, then you can fill up the request from the URL below.
