Why is the Purchase License button grayed out with my account?

You want to buy a license on the Nebula portal, but the Purchase License button is grayed out, you may be wondering what’s happening.
The answer is only the owner and organization-full accounts with Delegate Owner authority can buy licenses. Your account may not have the necessary permissions.
Here are two solutions:
- Ask the current owner to transfer ownership rights to you.
- Ask the current owner to assign your account as an organization-full account with Delegate Owner authority.
