How can I resolve IoT devices connection issue?

Please follow the below FAQ to fine-tune settings for IoT devices:
If the symptom persists, you may further try configure the 2.4GHz channel deployment with option Three-Channel Deployment
due to some IoT vendor IoT devices only support channel 1, 6, 11.
