Yes, at the time of this writing, NWA55AXE support Captive portal feature with V7.00P1 firmware version. You can configure it in two ways:

• Captive Portal with Nebula Cloud Authentication:

Note. Specific small business models ex. NWA50AX and NWA50AX PRO, still do not support the Captive Portal function after the 7.00 firmware upgrade.
