Replaced SIM card on FWA710 remote installation and Nebula does not connect

Hi,

We have just replaced the SIM card on a remote installation of a FWA710 due to switch to another operator with better 5G connectivity. The connectivity locally on that site works fine with the new SIM, but we still cannot reach the FWA710 through the Nebula Control site. It has been listed as "offline" for almost an hour. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Thank you for your answer. As it turned out, it looks like our new local SIM card was not properly activated. Switching back to the original SIM and resuming the roaming access solved the access issues. The new SIM card now also seems to be properly activated and we will re-try the SIM replacement activity. Hopefully it will work ok this time.

FYI: It would have been a great feature to make it possible to have e-SIMs in the FWA710. Specifically at remote locations where physical access to the device is not always easy. But since that feature now was removed in v1.18 of the FWA710 firmware, I assume it will not be implemented as of now?
