WAX630S become offline during 2 minutes multiple times a day
Hello,
I have 3 WAX630S plugged in a GS1920-48HP. All devices are up to date.
Since 3-4 weeks, the 3 Access Point go offline during 2 minutes multiple times a day (not at the same time). During this time, SSID and internet access remain available. Seems to impact the connection to Nebula only
The logs show :
The switch doesn't have this issue. Can you help me ?

Not very similar since my APs goes offline "only" 5-6 times a day. From my side it's a netconf issue according to the logs if it can help.

Hi @hexos,
After checking the event logs and diag info, we found this issue is the AP didn't receive server's feedback. This is more likely related to the uplink. We also found that your switch uses a different public IP address to connect Nebula. That's why only the APs have this issue. Therefore, we recommend checking the stability of the AP's uplink, which public IP is xxx.5.
