Hello , I have a Zyxel USG FLEX 50 router (USG20-VPN) , for VPN connections , I use zywall secuextender 4.0.4.0
and depending on where I connect, it works well or not at all, a personal wifi access point, it works, a shared connection, it works from time to time or not at all, a public access point also.
Do you have an explication ?

The latest version of the SecuExtender SSL VPN client is 4.0.5.0, and we recommend upgrading to this version for improved performance and compatibility. Please note that SecuExtender SSL VPN 4.0.5.0 has already reached its End of Life (EOL) status, so we suggest exploring other VPN options for future use.

In the meantime, please try upgrading to SecuExtender SSL VPN 4.0.5.0 or testing a different VPN option to see if this resolves the connectivity issues you’re experiencing.

Hello

I have done the update
to version 4.0.5.0 but it doesn't work any better.
to use Use IPSec VPN instead of SSL VPN
i have a free nebula account.

so i wanted to attach the usg flex 50 router to the nebula account, and i get an error message saying that the product is already registered. i think it's registered to our old it partner who we no longer work with. how do i unsubscribe the router?

If you’ve upgraded to SecuExtender SSL VPN version 4.0.5.0 and the issue persists, the problem may not stem from the VPN client itself but rather from the public or shared networks you’re connecting through. The instability or restrictions on public/shared network uplinks could cause such connectivity issues.

Regarding registering your USG FLEX 50 router to your Nebula account, if it’s currently registered to your previous IT partner, you can reclaim the device through its web GUI. Please refer to the following article for step-by-step instructions:
