Why can't I log in to the captive portal with Microsoft Entra ID if my account enables 2FA?

Nebula supports the captive portal with Microsoft Entra ID function in the Nebula CC 18.30 release — release date 13/01/2025. However, iOS users might face problems when logging into the captive portal. This FAQ is going to guide you on how to fix this problem.

Scenario:

When you try to log into the captive portal with Microsoft Entra ID on your iPhone, the account you use enables MFA, you will not able to log in since your iPhone exits the captive portal page when you change tabs.

Solution:

Since this is the iPhone's behavior, you need to implement the Microsoft Enterprise SSO plug-in to log in. Please reference this Microsoft FAQ to implement:
