Can't connect NSA 320S

Hello
I recently have a problem with my NAS . The “NAS starter utility” application is working well (see screnshot) and it seems to be connected to the NAS. Unfortunately I cannot connect to the network via IP. The ping check is without response.
I would like to know what kind of problem the NAS has and how I can solve it, thanks

My experience with NSU is nil, but your screenshot shows 'unreachable', which makes me think you are looking to cached data.
You could try a factory reset. Press the button on the back for 30 seconds, while the box is on and, as far as you can tell, fully booted.
