Getting my zyxel network working?.

I don't know much about networking but I can read manuals very well.
It all seems so easy when you read everything.
Despite that, I can't figure out how to set up my network.
I have a fwa710 5g router connected to a switch.
This zyxel switch has a wifi access point (nwa50ax), my pc and my tv connected.
The tv and pc can't get internet at the same time.
The access point doesn't work anyway. Not even standalone.
I'm also trying to contact support via email.
But I can't figure it out yet, even after 2 weeks now.
Apparently I have to do something with a static ip address,
but I haven't gotten any further explanation.
I also have no idea if this will work.
Can anyone here help me with a good explanation?

    Hi @Pietje ,

Based on your description, your topology appears to be:

    FWA710 — Switch — NWA50AX - - - (wireless) PC & TV

The issue seems to be that your PC & TV cannot access the internet.

Please check whether your PC & TV are obtaining an IP address (by checking Nebula Client page or wireless client itself). And then, you can refer to the article below to help identify the cause.

If you need further assistance, please enable Zyxel support and provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.

You also can provide us your ticket number, so we can check your discussion.
