no captive portal Landing page showing up and not prompting for nebula cloud Auth.

we are a school and using 21 Access Points NWA210AX with Nebula console. Guest SSID is on vlan and configured to authenticate with nebula cloud authentication but after latest update clients cant authenticate with NCA they dont even get landing page. can you help?
