Not able to create a new site in Nebula

Ocell

We have an Organization with 133 sites and close to 200 devices.

Since 2 days I can't create new site. Always have the message "The action can not complete due to an unexpected error"

In another Organization, with the same login and rights, it works.

Is there a site limit or is it a server issue?

This is a known issue that has been resolved. Please try to create a new site again.
