High Ping & Slow Wi-Fi on NWA50AX Access Points – Wireless Only
We are facing high ping latency, slow speed, and unstable wireless performance on our site "Office". We are using four Zyxel Nebula NWA50AX Access Points (2 per floor).
Issue:
- Wireless users experience:
- Ping spikes over 1000 ms (even to our own gateway)
- Packet loss
- Slow speeds
- Wired connections are stable.
Actions Taken:
- Initial setup:
- 2.4 GHz: Channel 2
- 5 GHz: Channel 48
- Later adjusted:
1) Changed 2.4 GHz on first floor to Channel 6
2) Changed Disassociate Station Threshold from -88 dBm to -70 dBm
- Smart Steering is enabled
Please help us with this issue.
