Info about SSID behaviour

Hello all,

I am using NCC with ap NWA110BE with firmware V7.10(ACLZ.1)

I have created a SSID with Enenached-Open+MAC(cloud) : I noticed that devices connected to the SSID often report a different name SSID and / or security model

for example in NCC looking for connected clients I see

the first client report my SSID name with prefix+suffix and wrong security

the second client show right SSID but wrong security

the third client show correct SSID e correct security

the screen-shot is just an example; refreshing the client list sometime report that strange SSID name for all clients; other times SSID name is correct for all devices but wrong security, and so on

I found only this FAQ about OWE

but cant confirm the beavior I see is as expected

The NWA110BE has a newer firmware version available: V7.20(ACLZ.1)C0. Please upgrade your device to this version, which may resolve the discrepancies you are experiencing. You can download the firmware through the Download Library.

If the issue persists after updating the firmware, please provide the diagnostic info file, a screenshot of the issue observed on your NWA110BE, and enable Zyxel Support Access for further investigation.

Hello Tina, I updated the firmware and issue seems solved

all devices connected report right SSID name and right policy
