Synchronization Issues with Nebula USG FLEX 500H HA on-premises.

Hello, I'm having synchronization problems with a Nebula installation of two USG FLEX 500H units in HA. The installation is on-premises, but I don't see the updated configuration in some settings in Nebula.

For example, in Interface everything is set to default, but this is not the case in the local configuration.

In configure---Firewall everything is set to default.

The device status appears to be fine with updated data.

Connectivity with Nebula is working correctly.

What could be the problem?

Update:

This issue is due to the device startup configuration have one command with empty characters which cause sync failed. Removing this command solves this issue.
