FWA 515 with separate WIFI 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz

    The 2.4Ghz still going down between 12h and 24h.

    I have restarted the FWA515 3 times since the 22 may.

    For now, the FWA515 2.4Ghz is up since 18h long.

    Hi @Mric ,

    At the time of writing, we can see that the FWA515 has been running for 1 day and 9 hours, and 2.4GHz clients are currently connected. Please continue to monitor the device.

    If the 2.4GHz band drops again, please export the system log and share it with us. You can find it at:
    System Monitor > Log

    In the meantime, please also try the following steps and let us know the result:

    1. Disable the 2.4GHz band.
    2. Re-enable the 2.4GHz band.
    3. Check whether the 2.4GHz SSID becomes available again.

    This will help us determine whether a reboot is currently the only viable solution to restore the 2.4GHz band.

    The 2.4 Ghz has drop again.
    I've send you a mp with log .

    After dowloading the log i switch off and on again the 2.4Ghz.
    The 2.4Ghz is now back on line.

    Thank you for sharing the logs. Upon review, we can see that several entries indicate the 2.4GHz band is going down, and we are currently investigating the root cause.

    In the meantime, could you let us know whether a USB device was plugged into your FWA515 at the time of the 2.4GHz drop? This information will help us narrow down the issue.

    Could you share with us the time 2.4GHz drops on that day?

    I think the 2.4Ghz drop down between 7am and the time i post the message.

    Be aware the is a 1h gap between m'y Real timezone and the fwa515 clock.

    I try to be more accurate for the next Time.
