Please keep your network environment as-is for now — we would like to investigate the connection between your NWA90BE PRO and MAG544 further.

From the diagnostic file, we found that the MAG544 device stopped response ACK to the NWA90BE PRO, then timeout being disconnected by NWA90BE PRO. We would determine its IOP client combability issue for now.

Since the MAG544 is an 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) device, we recommend setting the NWA90BE Pro's radio mode to 802.11ac and then checking whether the MAG544 can successfully connect to the NWA90BE Pro. If not, please capture the wireless frame during the connection procedure for two cases:

• Connect successfully to NWA210BE
• Fail to connect to NWA90BE PRO (11ac & 11ax)
