Has anyone found a fix for this? I have the same issue. Running v4.41 firmware and the 500gb hd that came with the unit works but I cant change it for another hd. I get to 30% when initialising a new hd then it says firmware invalid. Its done if for a 6TB disk ans a 1TB disk.0

NSA210 is an old device.
You can try with new NAS model.0
