[NEBULA] NSG100 Registration Issues

Hi Guys
So I have a firewall that will not register fully on the Nebula portal. It shows as connected/unregistered on the local GUI. I have run the ZON utility and upgraded the firmware manually but this had no effect.
I have also tried unregistering and re-registering via the app but it juyst refuses to complete, any ideas?

So a full factory reset resolved.

Hello @Pook ,
May I know if you could provide organization name to us, so we could check the NSG100 history status. If it is convenient also activate Zyxel Support (New Nebula > HELP >Support Request).
