Change Nebula Owner (Free Version)

Hi,

According to the other posts to change the owner of a nebula account on the free version has to be done via private messages here?

Our previous technical director has left and I need to change the owner to myself, as I can't raise a support request on the free version.... here I am

Hi Ian,

The transfer process is done.
You are the organization owner and the device owner now.

BTW, we are now working on a new feature "Assign new organization owner" in the near future, please stay tune with our News and New releases.

Please help to enable Zyxel support at Help > Support request page and share me your organization name, so we can starting the transfer process for you.

Just a double confirm: You want to transfer the organization owner to your account, right?

Morning!

That's done, the organisation name is "Eaton Square Belgravia" and the owner needs to switch from gareth@ to ian@.

I have access to both email accounts if you need any email authorisation.
