Hello,
I have had problems since I switched to fiber changing modems;
practically I can't access the modem from outside the Zyxel cloud, the word "device not found" appears to me;
from the assistance I was told to enable in the UPNP modem but it was already enabled; then I was told to disable the proxy but to no avail.

the nas continues to say that UPnP is not enabled (fig.1) but on the modem it is enabled (fig.2)

how can I do?

    What modem were you using before?

    Please check on the back of the modem if your "Home&Life Hub" actually is a Zyxel VMG8825 OR a Sercomm WD300: strangely enough, they share the same chassis and almost the same GUI, but it seems the Sercomm device suffers from a poor and bug-ridden firmware.

    I'm afraid the problem seems to be the sercomm modem :(

    but with zyxel  VMG8825 the problem is not there?

    I think it should work (I have VMG8823).
