I’m connected, the Multy app says I’m Disconnected

After updating the firmware nothing is the same.
App is disconnected but I still have internet.
Yesterday I was able to configured Multy X 1, but when adding the second the App went disconnected.
anyone with the same issue - any ideas how to solve?

    Please help to provide the below information for us to clarify your issue.
    1. Was it your first time to install Multy?
    2. Please provide the Mac address of the first Multy, you can check the label at the back of Multy device.
    3. How many Multy do you have?
    4. Can you share your steps of installation? did it happen after the second Multy installed?
    5. Please send feedback on you Multy App, you can do it via Multy App >> Menu >> Send Feedback, we can analyze the log file which attached in the feedback mail.
