Please Help - Zyxel mobile Wi-Fi - LTE2566-M634

Vodafone let me down on my home broadband activation and thus have been sent an activated data sim from Vodafone to use with my new Zyxel mobile wifi unit. I can connect to the Zyxel WiFi but it keeps saying ‘ no internet ‘. The sim is active and works in other devises. 

Anyone have any ideas? I’m desperate as I need to work from home due to Covid

    Hi Dylan , can you check Network Connection information on LTE2566 display screen whether get WAN IP(Menu>Network Connection)? If LTE2566 not get WAN IP, then check APN information on web GUI if it setup as your Network service provider accepted(Access GUI>Configure>Network>WAN>Dial-Up Profile:Manual>check APN)?
