Problem first time configuration Multi X

i have a problem with the configuration, when the configuration is complete and i try to add a second node, I have a syncronization error.. and I have to reset the configuration.. if I ignoramus's the second node, the app appears as disconnected.

Dear Sir,To clarify the issue, here are some questions that need your response1.What is your network topology?2.After reset the device and re-install, have you ever seen the screen below on the multy APP?3.
