Problem first time configuration Multi X

i have a problem with  the configuration, when the configuration is complete and i try to add a second node, I have a syncronization error.. and I have to reset the configuration.. if I ignoramus's the second node, the app  appears as disconnected.

    Dear Sir, 

    To clarify the issue, here are some questions that need your response
    1.What is your network topology?

    2.After reset the device and re-install, have you ever seen the screen below on the multy APP?


    3. Please refer to the article to reset the Multy device, and make sure all the steps are following the guide.
       If you have some issues with the installation steps, please feel free and let us know. 

    Please send us the feedback on your multy APP, we can help analyze the log to your issue.
    Click the send feedback button on the multy app, the multy app will generate the log of your multy device.

    1 the Multy is connect directly to de modem. 
    2 no the screen above is not shown.
