My Multy X App request to do an Important Firmware update, even After resetting it Runs For Hours and Notting happens. Any Ideas?

According to the release notes in ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/Multy_X_(WSQ50)/firmware/ there was a firmware update bug after doing a speedtest that is fixed in August 2020 in V2.20(ABKJ.4)C0
What is the LED showing?
