  • Thanks but that doesn't seem to be this particular issue.
    Upstream I said I turned on SBA - what I meant was I had turned on SMBv1. I wasn't aware of the versions but that is what I did.
    Glad you brought this up because it reminded me to turn it off now.

    if by browse you mean it's default shares in disk exploerer then yes that will be a problem, for now you will need to enable smbv1 in your windows system settings.

    if you want to access the shares on a vanilla 320 you will need that on, you should be able to http://192.168.1.5 to the web admin page but it could be another device is using that causing confusion, try removing that address from your dhcp pool if it is in there.
  • I have a 2 bay 6 TB NSA320 with 1000's of scanned slides on it. Haven't accessed it in years. Want to connect to Windows 10. Startup disc will not complete installation. Went to Powershell and it says SMB2 is active.
