Switch ownership

We're switching IT support companies and need to switch ownership of the account. We're using the free version of Nebula. How can I do that?

    Hi @captgoodhope,

    Welcome to Zyxel community!
    You may add your new IT support's account to organization administrator first, and then transfer the organization owner.

    Notice: Only organization owner can change owner.

    Hi @captgoodhope,

    May I know what privilege is the account you use to login to change owner?
    I think that account isn't organization owner.
    Just like I mentioned, only organization owner can change owner.
    You may use owner account to login and you will see the change owner button.
    If there has any concern, please feel free to ask. =)

  • The owner is our previous IT support company and they're not answering me. I have no contact with them. There has to be a way to change this.

    Let me help you change organization owner.
    May you enable Zyxel support and provide your organization name?

    Also need you PM me your new IT support's email, so we can help to switch organization owner.
