Hello,

I had it working in May 2021. Now it is not synchronizing.

I have a Dropbox Basic Plan.
I have the latest firmware version.
The configuration I think it is correct, and it appears as authorized in Dropbox.
Dropbox Client is updated to its latest version 6.7.0zypkg002.
The status in the Dropbox Client is "Enabled - Waiting" for ever...
I have deleted and recreated the configuration with no success.
I have removed and reinstalled the Dropbox agent with no success either.

The agent logs are looping the lines after the authentication success:

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks!
Martull

Try to reset to default settings and sync the dropbox again.
By the way, what is the model?

Hello Dexter, thanks for the reply.
    It is a NAS540 with firmware version:V5.21(AATB.7)
Do you mean reseting the NAS to factory defaults?

    Hi Martull,

    Yes that's what I mean.
The factory reset will not reset the data. The data will still keep in the disk.
But before reset the NAS, I'll recommend to do backup first.
Always do the backups to prevent unexpected things from happening

Hello and happy new year :-)

After struggling and trying everything without success, I found the solution by synchronizing a new folder in the NAS, doing it with the previous existing one didn't work. It is weird but I got it working again, the new folder in the NAS downloaded everything from the Web, and I manually copied the missing files from the old NAS dropbox folder to the newly created one.

Thanks Dexter for the help, it took me days to backup all the data (12 TB) to different HDDs and Cloud storage solutions, but everything was saved before doing the factory reset.
