NAS 520 - App Center - download list fail

I have problem with my NAS520. There is no apps in App Center. I cannot update list - there is error "download list fail". 

I already tried:
- factory reset
- rm -rf ZYPKGS (by SSH). 

Any ideas?

  I think the package server is not available on older NAS.
  I find a topic has a link for mirror repository

  FW4 zpkg files are not compatible with NAS 520/540.

  use http://zyxel.diskstation.eu/Users/Mijzelf/zypkg-repo/fw5/

  Note: the above link doesn't contain all available offical packages.
