Device is already registered by another user

Dear Nebula,

I have disconnected a NAP102 in an organization A . When I now connect the NAP102 to organization B, I get the message: Device is already registered by another user.

    Hi @CompuMatch

     

    We suggest you check whether NAP102 has been unregistered in org A first.

    Check the steps as follows

    1.Go to Organization-wide>Configure>License & inventory


    2. Click the Devices page>click both>click the NAP102 >click action> click Remove from organization.


    After  NAP102 has been removed normally, add the device to the new ORG B. You can refer to this article. How to register the devices on Nebula?
