How do I configure the channel on a NWA50AX
The automatic channel selection is very poor - same channel as every other 5GHz device in the street.

If your Nebula organization is in Trial Period, although your device unlicensed, your NCC license status will show OK. However, if your org. isn’t in Trial Period, but it still showing OK at NCC license status, please provide your organization/site name and enable Zyxel Support at Help > Support request, we will help you to do a further check.
For radio channel configuration, it is only support at Nebula CC website, you may go to Access point > Configure > Radio settings to configure your DCS setting.
There are 2 ways to configure your channel selection,
- First, you can select your model you want to configure, then select “DCS Now”,
after you selecting the button your device will scan and select a channel that
has least interference.
- Second, if you
clearly know that which channel is under the busy traffic, you may also configure
your channel deployment manually.
Besides, if your organization in Trial/Plus/Pro Pack license, then you may use the Wireless Health feature to monitor and optimize your wireless connection. The article below describe the Wireless Health feature for you to refer.
