MULTY X WSQ50 does not start blinking blue when doing the install cycle.
defect unit or what?
I have been struggling with connections the past year, but now started re-installing and cannot get a blue blink.

Hi @uch
Please press and hold the reset button for 8-15 seconds and release it.
After 2 minutes, the Multy X device will start blinking Blue, and it means the device is ready to be installed.
