Multy X app can no longer display connected devices after latest update

My Multy X system was working fine until the most recent update.
Multi: V2.20(ABKJ.8)C0
App: 2.5.4.221229
The parental control icon is greyed out. How can I get the connected devices to display again?

In bridge mode, the parental control is not able to use it.
If you're not in the bridge mode, please help to provide us the screenshot of the grey-out icon on the Multy APP and send us the feedback on the Multy APP.
