    Are you pressing the reset in as the USG is on?

    Yes it is on.

    Could you connect via console cable and share what you see when usg boots up?

    I do not have a console cable. Do I need one?

    Sir Kevin the problem is I cannot connect to the Zyxel firewall via LAN
