Cant Enable IP Passthrough mode

I get an error: "Please check if there is corresponding interface grouping before switching to IP Passthrough mode"

How do I fix?

  Can you provide a screenshot for reference?

  normally we see only below warning message when IP passthrough set enable.

  Hi @nevs please try a factory reset. That fixed it for the NR7101.
