Not able to add my new NR5101 in Nebula

Hi, i try to add my new NR5101 to Nebula and it doesn't find the device.

The ordered product was specified as nebula managed so what's going wrong?

Thanks for sharing the capture of the stickers through private msg. Upon reviewing the information, it appears that the mobile router you purchased from the Amazon shop is the non-Nebula version.

If you desire Nebula Cloud management capabilities, we recommend returning the current device to the reseller and repurchasing the Nebula-compatible version. The Nebula version of NR5101 is distinguished by the presence of the “Cloud Mgmt” wording in its product style:

Regarding the product title of the non-Nebula NR5101, there appears to be a typo on the shop. Please be informed that this product style does not support Nebula Cloud mode. We will notify the reseller to rectify the product name on Amazon. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Currently, the Nebula NR5101 is already out of stock. If you are looking for an Indoor Nebula Mobile Router, I recommend considering our Nebula FWA510, which supports AX3600.

Our NR5101 mobile router is divided into two categories: Nebula-compatible and non-Nebula compatible.
