    Some of the apps can indicate the path of the NAS might have a chance to do it.

    You're not really helping me, if you don't even know which software can solve all these problems then you're taking the piss out of people who buy zyxel. I'm going to put this on the forums to show what zyxel really is. As it is under guarantee I return this shit of material to amazon.

    I utilize my home network to access the NAS service via 4G LTE for viewing .mp4 videos. If you're inquiring about alternative file extensions, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions to offer. I exclusively use .mp4 files.

    You've improved your language but given your first reply I said to myself that if you have a hotline of this level without any professionalism I'd get the hell out of this shitty brand, which is what I did by returning my product. I have authorised myself to send your comments and my point of view on the brand to whoever is entitled to it, and the social networks as well.
