    Hi @atyav ,

    After reviewing your site, we noticed that the admin has transferred the owner to Zyxel on 2024-03-17.

    We have successfully transferred the owner privileges to you.

    Regarding the switch port configuration, it can be managed by both Owner and Organization (Full) accounts. Currently, there is an issue preventing the configuration of switch ports, which we are actively working to resolve. Please check another thread for updates on this matter.
