Can't Register device

After I login to myzyxel.com I select "Device Registration" and enter the required info for my NAS326, but it responds with "Cannot find device".
I've verified that I enter the correct MAC and S/N.
Any help is appreciated!

thx. I forgot I had set it up there, but I still can't access it remotely. I verified I was able to from the web before I left for a trip by disabling the wifi on my phone then using it as a hotspot, connecting my laptop to the hotspot, verifying that all other internet connections were disabled (LAN). I've verified that the NAS is on and connected to the internet - just as before…

As I remember the NAs model was not able to find on myzyxel.com
The NAS should be registered on mycloud.
