    Hi @Peter21
The registered device can't be removed from Myzyxel portal.
However, if this device will be transferred to other ones, you can
    (1) Login to Myzyxel.com portal by new account first
    (2) Open browser new tab and login to device WebGUI by admin account
    (3) Go to Licensing > Registration and click portal.myzyxel.com URL
    (4) Your browser will redirect to Device Registration page and  auto fill up Mac/Serial number
    (5) You can click "submit" button. Then device owner will become to new account successfully.

I understand the request from Peter21. We are migrating from USG to ATP, now we have many obsolet devices in the portal. Please work on a fix for this.

    Hi @Mario
You can hind your device from "My Device" list:
Click on your device MAC address which you want to hind, and click "Edit" button.
There is "Hide" button.  After submitting request, the device will disappear from your device list.
If you would like to display it again in the future, please send your request to your reseller or local support.

The checkbox "hide" no longer exists in 2024. How can we remove or hide devices that are no longer in use now?
