Dalla nuova versione del nostro Zyxel Account 3.0, supportiamo due ulteriori metodi di accesso: Google e Apple ID. Si prega di notare che la funzione "Password dimenticata" supporta solo l'account Zyxel, non le altre opzioni di accesso.
Potresti controllare se hai convertito il tuo metodo di accesso in una di queste altre opzioni?

Since the new release of our Zyxel Account 3.0, we support two additional login methods: Google and Apple ID. Please note that the "Forget Password" feature only supports the Zyxel account, not the other login options.
Could you please check if you have converted your login method to one of these other options?

Potresti farmi sapere se stai accedendo al tuo account Zyxel utilizzando Google, Apple ID o direttamente tramite email? Questa email è registrata tramite login Google o Apple ID?

Direttamente tramite email ,se provo a resettare la password non mi arriva l'email ,non riesco ad aprie un tiket perchè appena lo apro risula risolto ,il mio account è eduardo.calabrese@gmail.com

No so come fare e non riesco a parlare con nessuno dell'assistenza,ho diversi apparati registrati sul cloud di diversi clienti non mi aspettavo un tale disservizio da zyxel
