Welcome to Zyxel Account 3.0: New Features Await
Dear Zyxel Users,
We are delighted to announce the Zyxel Account 3.0 has been launched. While the process remains familiar, you'll notice some refreshing changes aimed at enhancing your experience.
What Stays the Same
Your sign-in process is as straightforward as ever. You'll continue to use your existing email address and password to access the Zyxel services.
What's New
To offer more flexibility and convenience, we've introduced additional sign-in options:
- Sign-in with Google
- Sign-in with Apple
Experience the Change Across Devices
This new sign-in page is now live across various platforms, including:
- Computers
- Smartphones
- Tablets
Whether you're accessing the Nebula Mobile app, Astra app or using a Zyxel service through a web browser, the new sign-in experience is ready for you.
Finding Zyxel Username and Password
Please note that with the introduction of Account 3.0, which uses a different domain, users may experience issues with their username and password not being automatically saved on their browsers during the first-time login. To address this, you can retrieve your previous Zyxel password stored in your browser’s password manage:
- For Chrome users: Managing passwords in Google Chrome.
- For Internet Explorer users: Saving or forgetting passwords in Microsoft Edge.
- Mozilla Firefox: Password Manager - Remember, delete and edit logins and passwords in Firefox | Firefox Help (mozilla.org)
- Safari: Find saved passwords and passkeys on your Mac
Please note that the previous domain for Zyxel accounts was myzyxel.com .
We hope you enjoy these new features of Zyxel Account 3.0.
