We recently noticed an issue with the 2.4GHz band where, after rebooting the device 2-3 times, the 2.4GHz SSID becomes invisible. Please refer to this post for more details.
To determine if your issue is the same, please help us by collecting diagnostic information when the issue occurs and sending it to us via private message.

how do I collect diagnostic information

I have the issue with a printer that was connected to the access point before the upgrade of the firmware. Now cant connect
The printer status indicates wireless signal not detected. The printer connects on the 2.4 Ghz.
How do I collect this diagnostics
