NAS540 recovery?

hi
when upgrading my NAS540 something went wrong and now everything dead,
nothing works, (sd card or usb_Upgradekey)
what are the help instructions for starting up the hardware?

how to perform a firmware recovery?

Try resetting the device and inserting a USB firmware upgrade key to perform the recovery. You can place the zip file on the USB and follow the README guide in the link below to start the process.

That sounds really frustrating! It’s strange that the recovery isn’t working. In my experience, pressing the hard reset button before powering it on and waiting for 15-20 seconds might help. Good luck!

Not sure what exactly happened on the device, to see more logs may need a console.
