Hello,

I have a customer who uses the VPN Zywall IPSEC VPN CLIENT
I bought a SECUEXTENDER-773Y01F licence from Senetic but the licence is not valid when I try to enter it in the application.

What can I do?

    As discussed in our private messages, the documents you received from Senetic seem to be missing the SECUEXTENDER-ZZ3Y01F license key. The license key should be 20 characters long. Please reach out to Senetic to obtain the correct license key.
