WAC6103D-I is only connecting to 2.4GHz devices after the reset. Check the settings to ensure 5GHz is enabled, and confirm that your devices support 5GHz.

Hi @usman
Please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting:
- Upgrade your AP: Ensure that your access point is running the latest firmware version.
- Check SSID configuration: Make sure the SSID is properly configured to broadcast on the 5GHz radio. You can refer to the following guides based on your AP mode:
- For Nebula cloud mode: How can I set up 5GHz only SSID? — Zyxel Community
- For Standalone mode: How to create an SSID in Standalone mode — Zyxel Community
If you’ve followed the steps above and still can’t see the 5GHz SSID, please collect the AP diagnostic file and send it to us via private message. Here’s how to collect the file:
Additionally, if your AP is managed through Nebula cloud mode, please enable Zyxel Support Access and provide us with your Nebula organization and site name so we can review your configuration and logs directly.
