FWA505 Looses internet connection and needs rebooting

Hi. My router looses internet connection 2-3 times a day and I need to reboot it to get connection again. WIFI and 5G signal is fine. Tried different SIM Provider and also moved the router around to different locations, but issue is still there. Any one experiencing this?

Hi @Kfnormann
For initial troubleshooting, please try the following steps:
- Enable Network Monitoring: On your Nebula mobile router, go to Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular WAN to enable the network monitoring feature. This will help detect connection stability issues.
- Check 5G Band Support: Verify with your ISP which 5G bands are supported in your area. Then, adjust the Cellular Band setting on your router from Auto to Manual, selecting the specific band for improved stability.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please enable Zyxel support access on Nebula Control Center. Provide us with your organization and site name, and we’ll look into your device settings directly to assist further.
