Settings Error when installing Multy X

Hi,
I bought a Multy x AC3000 mesh system with 3 nodes, WSQ50. Been trying to install it several times, with all 3 different routers as main, resetting several times, but the installation always “fails” in the end with the error message “settings error” (see attachement). However the wifi works afterwards, but as the installation fails, I am not able to login to the app, it only asks me to install a Multy, also meaning I cannot add another node.

I have the latest Multy app from AppStore, deleted and reinstalled a few times. My phone is a iPhone 8, run the iOS 13.3.1
Can anyone assist me on what to do or if I need to return the devices?
thank you!

Dear Sir,
1. Do you have another phone can install them? Please try with Android phone.
2. Have you gone through the below screenshot during the installation?

You can follow the steps as the link:https://homeforum.zyxel.com/discussion/3530/required-firmware-upgrade-for-continued-device-usage/p1?new=1
Is the App asked you to join the Multy SSID wifi?
In my case, seems the issue can be fixed by reset the Network settings on my iPhone.
You can try it, and start the installation again.
