    @Zyxel_Kay

    I'm starting to get the NTP Update failed error message in the logs again for one of my sites. If you remember, you have deployed the fix (and that fix has been on the latest versions already) for both sites.

    Organization name: Kevin's Infrastructure

    Site: Condo

    Hi @kevindd992002

    Could you please enable Zyxel support for your Nebula organization so we can further investigate the issue using your AP logs?

    Additionally, aside from the NTP Update failed error message in the logs, is your AP currently functioning as expected? Are you encountering any other issues during regular usage?

    Looking forward to your response!

    Kay

    Sorry for the late reply. I just enabled Zyxel support for you.

    I haven't noticed any anomalies in the AP aside from the NTP Update failed error messages in the logs.

    Hi @kevindd992002

    After reviewing your AP logs starting from December 26, we noticed several "NTP failed" and "gateway unreachable" entries. This suggests a potential intranet issue within your network. The logs indicate that instability may have prevented the AP from reaching the gateway during that period. Possible causes could include cabling issues, an unstable AP uplink device (e.g., switch), or gateway instability.

    Interestingly, after December 28 at 06:23, the NTP failure issue resolved itself, and the connection appears to have returned to normal.

    Since this issue seems to originate from the AP uplink port rather than the AP itself, we're unable to pinpoint the exact cause within your network. If the issue occurs again, we recommend checking the AP uplink device (e.g., gateway or switch) first.

    That's weird. I haven't had a gateway downtime for that amount of time. I did upgrade my opnsense gateway firewall but that was a quick one. I'm 100% sure it's not a cabling issue. Let me monitor again and see if it comes back.
